L'Gusto Cucina Italiana

I was running a hour or so early on my way out to Oakdale so I figured I'd peel off and grab some food, remembering about L'Gusto Cucina Italiana was a life saver! I stopped here the last time, and remembering how great the lasagna was...I had it again. Let me tell you...it was Amazing! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Incredibly delicious and amazing people work here. Amanda was so nice. Best Cioppino I have ever had. The Lasagna and Spaghetti Bolognese were great too. Can't even talk about how wonderful and decadent the Tiramisu was! The Spumoni was wonderful too. Just loved our dinner and can't wait to return. Very clean place too.

Holy cow. This place is deceiving. Hubby and I decided to have Italian food for lunch. I Yelped and found the artist location for an Italian restaurant. It had really high ratings which got my curiosity. Told hubby and we both decided to give this place a try. Very quaint and very quiet. There was one gentleman seating people to which only took us a couple of minuteseven though the dining room was pretty empty. We ordered the bruschetta and ordered his spaghetti while I ordered my sandwich. Holy Moses… The bruschetta was……..the best I have ever had. I expect this quality of an Italian restaurant in a cosmopolitan area like San Francisco or New York, not in the middle of a dinky town. We eat here often and every entree we have tried has been outstanding. It is absolutely our favorite restaurant. And, right now, the pumpkin cheese cake is the very best cheese cake I ha ever eaten, anywhere, any time !!!

Wow! I’m impressed. The flavors here are amazing! Beginning with their house bread which is really tasty and the soups are spot on delicious 😋. We ordered the Bruschetta for our appetizer which I highly recommend. I had the cheese ravioli and my wife had the Chicken Picatta. I had hoped that the portion sizes on the entrees would have been a bit larger. For dessert we shared a slice of cheesecake. I will definitely come back and hopefully you will come here for a visit. The food and great service is worth it!
