12/7/2025 - This is an upscale Kosher restaurant in Tarzana, CA with two floors for dining, which opened 3 years and 2 months ago. It has an elegant and contemporary ambience with an excellent vibe. If you like a vegan dish, must try SALAT HASHUK that is super and healthy - that tastful salad should be good for everyone! The BLUEFIN CRISPY RICE is another 5-star dish that comes with crunchy sushi rice topped with light spicy bluefin tuna. The OYSTER MUSHROOM is another 5-star dish with oily, juicy and thick body. The services are excellent! The overall experience including an awesome ambience should be rated as 5 stars+, although the price of each dish is high, which might be the main reason the Yelp overall rating is at 4.4 A street and valid parking is available.

OMG!! EVERYTHING was perfect! The service, the food, the atmosphere! Very attentive to every detail. The taste of each dish super exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to come again.

I had such a great experience at TLV Tapas Bar! So stylish, perfect for a date night or a fun dinner with friends. The hanging tender skewer was honestly amazing! every dish was super fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staf were so warm and attentive, and you can tell they really care about making sure you enjoy your time there. The vibes, the music, the service, the food… everything came together perfectly. Definitely one of the best spots in Tarzana. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!

Came here for my mother's 70th birthday on New Year's Day on January 1, 2026 and really enjoyed each dish! We had the oyster mushroom, short rib pasta, and Chilean sea bass. Very festive atmosphere and decorations - will come here again in the future and recommend to all our friends! Update: I wanted to add that the staff working that evening came out at the end of dinner with celebratory sparklers, lights, and birthday songs (which put a big smile on my mom's face). When we asked for photos during dessert time, they went above and beyond to provide the best lighting (even raising the small table lamp up high to ensure our faces remained visible in the otherwise dimly lit space.) Came here to celebrate my boyfriends son's birthday. We came on a Thursday. The restaurant messaged me a couple of times about their 21 and over on Thursday. Since me and he's dad are there it was OK. We got there on time and they took us in right away. We sat on the mezzanine level. It was nice to be able to see the whole beautiful restaurant. They had a great DJ and people were dancing at the entrance later on in the evening. I loved the ambiance and the service was really good. The drinks was so delicious and they even had great tasting mortals. The food was amazing. And the desserts were so good, we ended finishing the desserts even though we were so full.
