Service is excellent and friendly. All the meat is delicious. I had the Kurobuta pork and ribeye. Veggies are super fresh. I recommend you try their fresh ramen; it’s super good. Definitely check this place out.

Tabu Shabu is an absolute standout for shabu shabu. I saw Tabu Shabu recently recommended but I cannot recall where. Went on a whim the other night and had a very ncie experience. The restaurant was moderately packed and we sat at the bar. For a small restaurant it still feels large and at no point did I feel crowded. Our server was very nice and professional and routinely checked in on us and made sure that any questions we had were answered. The Dumplings were very good and definitely worth their price. I decided to splurge and try the premium meat Wagyu Short Rib. It was delicious. All the accompanying veggies were excellent as well. I also loved that they give the leftover broth and veggies to the guests as a to go soup for later. An excellent way to cut down on waste. I will say it is quite expensive and I paid almost $100 for 2 peo

I’m giving this restaurant five stars because the food was delicious. The flavors were vibrant, and I left satisfied after every bite. The value for the price was also great, offering a generous portion with quality ingredients. The place is clean, tidy and stylish , which made for a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. The crew was really accommodating and very nice, attentive without being overbearing, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely going back there…

Great hot pot spot in Tarzana! I loved how customizable everything is — from the broth to the noodles and protein. The quality of the ingredients was fresh, the sauces were flavorful, and the service was friendly. The option to turn your leftover broth into noodle soup at the end is a nice touch. Clean, modern space and perfect for a cozy dinner. Would definitely return
