Tio Nate’s Taqueria in beautiful Redding, California, serves the best quesabirria tacos I’ve ever had in my life. The flavors are out of this world, and the spicy salsa is absolutely incredible. I can’t wait to go back and try everything else on the menu. Out of all the places in Redding that serve Mexican food, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavor. Tio Nate himself is a class act and a genuinely great guy, which makes supporting this local business even better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Random Find Stumbled across this little taco truck by total accident, and honestly? Best detour I’ve made in a long time. The food smelled amazing the second I stepped up, and it tasted even better — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Kinda wish I ordered more for later 🙃 The gal running the counter was so kind and easy going. Seriously the sweetest💫 You can tell they care about what they’re doing. 🤤If you’re driving by and catch a whiff, do yourself a favor and stop. Total gem.

Holy moly! We went to get a Xmas tree permit and huby was starving! We happened to notice the Tio Nates food truck next to the department of forestry so we gave them a try! Freaking DELICIOUS!! I had the burrito bowl with carnitas (perfectly flavored deliciousness and very generous portion!) and hubs got the birria taco plate!! After he took his first bite he couldn't stop talking about how BOMB it was! Lol he's tried birria tacos from a few places and he said Tio Nates taco truck makes the best by far! We highly recommend!! If you see Tio Nates Truck, make sure you stop and give them a go! You won't regret it!!

The food and service was amazing. I grew up down in Orange county and San Diego and this is the best Mexican food I have had in Redding, hands down!
