Celiac friendly. Knowledgeable staff, dedicated fryer for fries, all meats are GF. I sat down and said I have celiac. The waitress knew what it was! I didn’t have to say gluten allergy. I did that because I was testing other reviews. She immediately told me what I could eat GF. The menu is not labeled. Bottom line, no GF bread alternatives & cheese sauces have flour, plus no baked beans (flour). This left plenty of options in the meat plates and you get 2 sides. I had fries (a bit salty) and the broccoli salad. The broc salad was delicious, just the right amount of creamy and sweetness. The original sauce is the only sauce option. Edit: came back for a second visit. We ordered the half rack pork bbq ribs. This time the ribs were a bit dry not as good as our initial visit so we were very disappointed. The baked beans were still great though! After a Distillery tour in the area, needed to get some food since we went whiskey tasting on an empty stomach 🤭 Located on Main Street within Downtown Weston. We did not get the server’s name just TK1 P was on the receipt. She was very friendly and accommodating. What we tried: 1.) Brisket Sandwich $16.99 with Mac & Cheese My husband’s go to when going to BBQ joints. 2.) Full Pork Rack Rib $33.99 with Baked Beans and Mac & Cheese. The meat was flavorful and fell off the bone. First time visitors to Tin Kitchen. Food was awesome and the service was great. We were in a hurry and need to be served quickly. They were great at getting our food fast. I appreciate all the effort the did so we could make our appointment. Food was delicious!

My wife and I had enjoyed Tin Kitchen before while attending retirement or promotion ceremonies on Fort Leavenworth, but hadn't been to the restaurant yet. I will admit, this will NOT be our last time coming over to enjoy some great BBQ. The waitress, Whitney, was phenomenal albeit the place was very busy when we visited the restaurant. There is a LOT of room in other spaces that most won't see unless you go further into the back and down the stairs to the other area which has a full bar as well. I know our photo isn't including the food, but I can attest the BBQ is incredible and the brisket falls apart and is phenomenal. The pulled pork wasn't thinned out with fat like most places will do to stretch their budget. My wife and I shared the combo 2 meat plate so we didn't get too full, but

This is our go to place! The house dressing tastes like grandma used to make. The pig’s in a blanket are a must! From flakey airy crust to the mustard sauce pure deliciousness! The burgers have excellent flavor and the crispy pile of fries are phenomenal! I get the green chili cheeseburger and the sauce that is served has remarkable flavor!
