The Inn at Weston Landing

As of our visit (9/21/25) unfortunately Chef Kenna no longer works there. Not sure if she will be rejoining the company or if they are searching for a replacement, but as of our stay there was no more breakfast offered at the inn. We were given a $35 gift card for one of the restaurants affiliated with them for whatever meal we wanted to use it for or on merchandise over at O'Malley's if we wanted so there is some compensation for that. Because there is no staff at the inn we also had to go over to the St Charles to check in/out, but it's just around the corner so not a big deal. While not being cooked a homemade breakfast was disappointing, the rest of the stay was still nice. Four couples went to Weston and we rented out the entire Inn. This was our second time to the Inn but the first for the others. We had convinced our friends how good the Inn is and they were not disappointed. Chef Keena met us upon check-in and walked us all to our rooms. Each room is large and has its own individuality to it. After dinner in at the Avalon Cafe (which was amazing) and a night listening to Irish music at the O'Malley Pub, we all enjoyed a restful night in the Inn. I had mentioned when we checked in how I had bragged to them about the Lemon Ricotta pancakes. In the morning, the Chef had indeed made Lemon Ricotta pancakes with a blueberry compote. Everything we had for breakfast was wonderful and we all left filled and pleased.

Not the same without Chef Kenna. We booked our room almost a year ago. Showed up at the check in time to find all doors locked and breakfast area being used as staging (peeked through the window). Called number on reservation to get a message from Chef Kenna that she was no longer affiliated with the inn and don’t leave a message. Finally called the Weston Brewing Company and were told to go to St. George Hotel to check in. I think a sign might have been nice. No breakfast on site anymore but gift card to American Bowman covered our breakfast for two, and it’s right next door. Room was nice but it’s noisy if there are other quests. Shower had little pressure and got cold halfway through. We’ve stayed here before but likely won’t again.

Perfect location to go bar hopping and shopping on Main St. and O'Mally's Pub (see a separate review on their page). The owner is a very fun person and the breakfast is excellent. Various rooms with various types of amenities. We stayed in the Irish room and it was almost like living there in the late 1800's. Just what we wanted. The bed was super comfortable. The room was super clean. They offer a military discount as well. Seriously, this is a really fun place to stay. Thank you very much for making our weekend getaway so much better than what we were expecting.

I can't say enough about this experience. The host/chef was amazing in accommodating us. The room was spic 'n span, as was the bathroom. The food was astounding each morning, and the company who joined the breakfast table were delightful! And, the coffee was ready in the parlor early each morning. This was a road trip for my daughter and a friend of mine, to see the final performances of Tullamore :( which also DID NOT disappoint. We would all strongly recommend this Inn
