Woman's bathroom disgusting. Looks like black mold behind leaky toilets around bottom of walls. Toilets filthy and gross. Workers trying to open huge white plastic food containers holding against their chest and clothes leaving doubts about the cleanliness inside after their clothes and arms touching open edges.

I walked in to get a few donuts around 8am on a Saturday. The drive through was steady with about 3-4 cars and a constant flow of traffic in and out. The young lady that served me at the counter was friendly and fast. And the rest of the crew were team working the steady drive through. My donuts were fresh, sweet and yummy.

The drive thru is supposed to be open at 4:30am everyday. I waited in line to try and place an order at 5:10am and after 15 minutes no one had still come to the speaker in fact someone peaked out the back door when there were 3 cars waiting. If you’re going to say you’re open at 4:30 then be open and take customer orders we all have to be at work as well. So either find people to work at the time you indicate or don’t say you’re open.

Beware! Gave me bad creamer, got all the way home. Drove all the way back, they knew it was bad creamer because an employee was walking in creamer as I pulled up. The manager Teresa didn’t care about the inconvenience or the severity of possibly getting me sick, at all. Very dismissive. Look at the photos attached. Why is it that these places play victim as if they are the customer and we are the employees! Do better with customer service. It’s pathetic. I won’t be back. If you want good coffee head to the crafted beanery.

The food usually tastes great, service can be hit or miss. Staff does not give bags for drive thru lunch orders, they hand out multiple containers which makes it difficult to carry away. (best to stick with only donuts)
