Cinnabon

Waited for about 15-20 minutes for 3 rolls, no biggie, especially if they're fresh. Watched what I can only assume is the manager temp 2 out of the 3 roll pans. Despite the other 2 getting put back the non temped pan got sent out, and what we received. When I got home 45 minutes later we found all three rolls were completely raw in the middle. Did try to call the establishment multiple times but no one ever answered. I'm so sad, I was so excited for this place to open too!

The girl is so nice but far as taste this location is not the same as mall. Nowhere near actually even the lemonade dont taste right. Gave this location 3 tries won’t be back will just wait until I’m at mall

I love Cinnabon, I travel all the way to fairlane mall to get one, so I was excited when it was coming to Belleville but when I came yesterday they was really dark and overcooked: the person behind me said yeah they keep over cooking them. The employee said yeah today they are dark. I said well you have some in the oven she said “yup they are dark 2”

I haven’t had a true Cinnabon in over 10 years. (I) Stopped @ this location for gasoline and the scent of fresh Cinnabon’s was in the air. I couldn’t resist. This lovely girl named Chelsea, instantly greeted me & showed me what my options were. I went for my old go-to, the full size, large Cinnabon with extra icing on the side. Chelsea even let me pick out the exact Cinnabon I wanted out of the case, (which she said had “just came out the oven”) It was the perfect ending to a perfect day and I recommend this place highly.

Asked for a 16pk bites. Instead of giving them to me fresh she directed me to the stand. Why are the fresh ones on display if I have to purchase them prepackaged?
