Came through the drive-thru. Told us to pull forward. Waited a good 5-6 minutes for our food and finally got it. They forgot my latte I said hey I ordered a latte she said oh I'm sorry I'll be right out. Waited 10 minutes. Still no latte. My husband is but now been inside for about 5 minutes trying to get my drink. This is not fast food and for the prices that they charge I will not be coming here again.

I have visited this location on several occasions. I almost always use the drive through. The young man named Jake working this area is so friendly. It's nice to be greeted with a smile and happy attitude.

$17 for a dozen donuts!!! Plus they discontinued regular Sour Cream Glazed. Abhorrent and senseless pricing. Won’t be back. Price for a dozen in Canada is less, in CDN dollars, which is insane. Save your money and go to Chef Shells!!!

As I already contacted corporate, Amiya was EXTREMELY RUDE. “What can I get you” “what else” I had stated “ I do not need the attitude “ That’s when another woman took my order.. as I get up to the window the young woman was screaming!!!! I heard her though the glass window and I talked to the supervisor and I asked what the issue was and why she was being so angry and she just smiled and said she didn’t know and I told her I didn’t want my order and went to the other one down farther. I would love to have a GM or someone else to contact me me further about this.

Ordered a black dark roast coffee. Got my coffee quick which was great. Got a mile down the road and my coffee taste burnt and is Luke warm. Not hot at all. Definitely old coffee.
