Chick-fil-A

This store was extremely clean and welcoming. The drive though looked alittle confusing, so I opted to go in. First time having breakfast here, the young man at the counter was extremely helpful and very well put together. Every table had flowers on it. I paid alittle more than I’d like for this breakfast, and the fruit cup doesn’t exactly look like the photo, but overall a great breakfast.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The team at the Fort Gratiot Chick-fil-A is absolutely phenomenal. Every time we come in, the staff greets us by name and makes us feel genuinely welcome—it’s rare to experience service this personal and consistent. The restaurant is spotless, and it’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping it that way. Food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. This location sets the bar for customer service and quality. Highly recommend!

I walked into Chick-fil-A today. I’m a pharmaceutical representative and I normally go through the Catering but because of the holiday weekend, I was not able to contact anyone in the catering for this location. I ordered 22 meals. Nine salads 10 Chick-fil-A number one meals Four 12 piece nugget meals And three 12 grilled nugget meals. The young lady who took my order was delightful very kind and nice. I asked for a special request that they all put in to be put into individual bags just as if I had ordered one at a time because I wanted to lay them out of the table at my meeting so each individual person could have their own meal. It was a very impressive Chick-fil-A display for my customers who loved it I applaud The for Gratiot Location, including the manager, and I wish I remembere

Lunch today at Chick-fil-A. We got the grilled chicken club sandwich and the spicy chicken sandwich. Both were good, but the spicy chicken was really not so spicy—compared to Popeyes. The waffle fries are nothing special.

EVERY time -always- the welcoming attitude of the staff makes each visit pleasant. They make you WANT to return, even if food wasn’t excellent, and oh boy, it IS excellent, so tasty. Have you had their shakes? 😳😳😳 lol
