I always love how this location is in a positive mood. Very kind servers who bring a great environment. Sometimes my drinks don’t taste as I was expecting, but the good service makes up for it:)

I came in knowing what I wanted and everything was absolutely perfect. There was a shorter ginger guy and a girl with braids who gave me excellent service. Answered all my questions. All in all good job! Normally not one to leave reviews but the service was so great I had to. Drink was perfect color and tasted so good. Picture shown.

This Dunkin location is truly the best! The staff is consistently welcoming, friendly, and respectful, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I especially appreciate the morning shift crew — they’re always on top of it and have my order ready to go, which makes my mornings so much easier. The service is fast, accurate, and always delivered with a smile. They create such a positive environment, and it’s one of the few places where you walk in and feel recognized and appreciated. I’m so grateful for the Fort Gratiot Dunkin team — they go above and beyond every day and truly make this location feel like a family away from family. Highly recommend! 🧡☕️

First visit to this location. Friendly, polite and helpful staffs. Customer service went above and beyond. I couldn’t decide on what I wanted, but with the help of the staffs- I definitely tried their top picks. (like a kid in candy store) I am huge fan of the cream cheese filled bagel. They are so convenient to bite into when you’re on the go. I had my drink personally customized for me, for the element of surprise! It was DELICIOUS. Loved it! To try what was made for me- check the modifications on the label. ☺️

I've been to several different Dunkin' locations across the country. The Fort Gratiot location is simply the best! The apple juice is even better here! 🍎🙂
