The staff were very nice—patient and all smiles. Good coffee—- they kept my cup full. I had the smoked bacon, cheddar and red onion omelette with sourdough toast from their specials menu. The sourdough toast was a little dry BUT I loved the omelette. And afterwards they brought our homemade flan. It was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be going back.

The owners care so much. Lots of handmade items like the delicious breakfast sausage. Best food I've had eating out in a long time! You can't do better!!! Oh yeah, daily specials besides a very extensive menu. Update.. Now been there 3 times. Very good!

Such a cute little spot we stumbled upon during our road trip through Cali! The french toast was some of the best I’ve ever had. They also had super fresh fruit. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service made it a perfect breakfast stop. SUPER impressed!! 💘

Tico’s quickly became my girlfriend and I’s favorite restaurant in the Marina/Monterey area. While visiting the area we ended up making it a mission to go nearly everyday. The food is delicious, from breakfast to lunch items it never disappoints. And the crème brûlée was incredible and we were heartbroken when on our last day in the area they were out! The staff here bring such a kind and wholesome atmosphere, the walls painted beautiful bright colors and flowers in glass vases on each table, the music played here was so good and just wrapped up the whole vibe so neatly. Thank you Ricardo and Sylvia for such excellent service and making us feel so welcomed!! As well as the cooks who I unfortunately didn’t get the name but wow you guys can cook! Tico’s restaurant serves delicious, beautiful dishes. Their menu is varied and delightful with specials that reflect the season. Their weekend dinner menu highlights local favorites. The prices are amazingly reasonable. My “Nova Scotia Benedict” was dreamy with the best hollandaise sauce I’ve ever tried. With smoked salmon and spinach, every bite was perfection. The potatoes are well seasoned without relying on salt. We also tried the clam chowder that was clearly made fresh and yummy. We can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu. Go, you’ll be so happy you do.
