Three Girls on Spring

I just discovered this tiny, grab-and-go Italian sandwich shop and now I’m emotionally attached. Hands down, this is the best plant-based food in Charleston — and that’s coming from someone who didn’t even realize it was plant-based at first. That’s how good it is. Everything is made from scratch, and I mean everything. The flavors are so legit you forget there’s no meat involved. I went two days in a row… and honestly would’ve kept going if I didn’t live across town. Zero regrets. Full stomach. Happy soul. The staff is insanely friendly and usually hands out little free samples, which is dangerous because now I want everything on the menu. You don’t choose a sandwich here — the sandwich chooses you. My fav vegan spot in Charleston. Took my parents here and they loved it. Food is fresh and delicious! I also tried the chocolate doughnuts so good! Vegan caesar salad was so good!

Stumbled in on a street recommendation and what a gem. The owner is incredibly kind—and a talented cook. We tried a spread of dips, lasagna, and a broccoli sandwich-style dish, all vegan and all fantastic. Cozy, welcoming, and absolutely worth checking out.

Wow. If we could give Three Girls on Spring more than five stars we would. We had an outstanding lunch. To begin, the owner was so friendly, outgoing, and inviting. Her homemade food was excellent … actually, beyond excellent. The owner graciously allowed us to sample and we went for the Crispy Eggplant, the Porchetta and Provolone, and the cheesecake. The food kept getting better and better with each bite. If you’re in the Charleston area, you should definitely try this 100% plant based restaurant. You will not be disappointed. To our surprise the owner (along with her daughters) own Three Girls Vegan in Guilford, CT which we’ll visit on our trip through New England. We cannot wait for this visit. We had an incredible time visiting Three Girls on Spring! Such a welcoming atmosphere, we were offered lots of plant based treats to taste and everything was amazing! This is a must for any vegans visiting Charleston for the sandwiches and baked goods! We are sorry we can't visit again before we leave, thanks for the amazing hospitality. ❤️
