Looks like I’m the first to leave a review here! Happened to stop by during their grand opening and it was such a fun vibe—music, balloons, and 50% off everything! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They explained how everything works and even offered some tasty samples before I made my own cup. Everything was fresh and delicious. Love that they're open until 9pm too—definitely coming back soon. P.S. there is a great small green area with benches to enjoy it.

Oh my Gosh! This place *is* the best! The workers are like loving their lives so happy and kind! Our cashier was handing out samples with the BIGGEST smile on her face! It was so nice to come here and it’s so much better than *any* frozen yogurt place. I love it and the toppings, so cool and different. Mini cakes and cookies with brownies! So tiny but so flavorful! So is the frozen yogurt! Flavors so different but good different! Please come here it’s so much better you will not regret it!

I had that wonderful pleasure of popping into this new location today that I had heard about from a friend. When I walked in, there were three smiling faces and a very clean atmosphere! All three gentlemen were quick to explain to me how the process worked- and walked me through my entire experience. They were polite, professional, and friendly. I have to say it was very clear they take pride and what they do- and were excited to be there. The ice cream was delicious and bravo for the toppings selection! I shall be back soon!

Best froyo in Charleston! The flavors are always delicious, the store is super clean, and the whole experience is great every time.

I am so happy 16 Handles opened in Charleston! My husband and I love going for date nights :) Each time we go we try a new flavor and have NOT been disappointed! We love that they put out a new flavor every month and there are unlimited toppings to choose from! The staff are so friendly and always so kind to us which makes our visit even more enjoyable. They have the cutest outdoor seating area we love to take our FROYO out and enjoy the summer evenings. Can not give 16 Handles enough compliments :)
