Three Fins Coffee & Cacao Factory

It was my first time going to the the Three Fins and I'm so glad I discovered it. My order was taken by Val, and she was so pleasant!. At Three Fins you can get spinach, leeks, Ham, chicken and cheese Rotisserie. Variety of different flavors of coffee, muffins, as well as chocolate croissant 😄 almond croissant, and cheese Danish. Everything was delicious 😋. The cherry on the top was the fact that the coffee was roasted inside and you can see it.

Great coffee, friendly staff, great vibes! We came on a rainy Thursday before peak season and it wasn’t busy. Coffee was made in front of us. Lots of great pastries, definitely get something with chocolate. They also had chocolate samples. In the seating area they kept some of the pool tiles which made the ambiance fun. I think it will be a very popular spot this summer!

This place has amazing coffee and chocolate. Locally roasting both coffee beans and cocoa. The dining area is a converted gym swimming pool! I love this conversion idea.

Great new coffeeshop (opened in February 2025) with tons of space, good coffee and pastries, and merchandise to sell. It has both outdoor and indoor seating, in what kind like used to be a swimming pool! 🏊

This is such a unique place! We were planning to drive through Chatham and did a Google Maps search to find a cafe to study in, and Three Fins did not disappoint! There is so much space here, and the setting of the old pool is really cool. The coffee itself is also amazing—we got the coconut latte and the vanilla latte, and I’d def recommend! The price was also very reasonable—5.50 for a latte with a flavor shot. Only downside of finding this place is wishing we lived closer to it! Also, pro tip: bring cash to save 4% compared to card 😉
