Confections by the Sea

Confections by the Sea made and designed our wedding cake. Our experience with Thea from the tasting to the end result was wonderful. She was a pleasure to work with and wanted to make certain our cake was exactly how we envisioned it. We wanted to use my parents’ wedding cake topper, which was fragile and challenging to work with due to its age, but Thea made it happen. We appreciate the time she spent with us and her patience with the design process and highly recommend her. Not only was the cake beautiful but it was delicious too!

I cannot say enough about the beautiful cake which Confections by the Sea made recently for my daughter’s wedding. Thea met with us ahead of time, both for a tasting and also to talk through the design of the cake. She was so thorough, and the cake turned out even more spectacular than I could have imagined. Plus it was absolutely delicious!!! And Thea worked seamlessly with our venue so I didn’t feel any anxiety about logistics on the big day. I highly recommend Confections by the Sea, they were perfect in every respect!!

I don't think google has enough stars for Thea. I worked with Confections by the Sea for my MBA graduation cake and it was a seamless experience. The cake was beyond my expectations! Thea took time to understand the design I was looking for. She made sure that she guided me in a way where each piece I asked for could be incorporated. Thea was super responsive, kind, and is so extremely talented. Her attention to detail can be seen on the cake itself. Top notch! I would recommend her a million times over. Not to mention the cake itself tasted incredible! Everyone at my party loved it as well! I highly recommend Confections by the Sea.

I used Confections by the Sea for my September wedding and it was the best decision. Working with Thea was a breeze! We scheduled an in-person tasting for myself, husband and mother-in-law (both are huge fans of cake). It was a great experience tasting the different cake, frosting options and combinations - I highly recommend going into it hungry! After selecting our favorites, Thea and I kept in touch throughout the wedding planning process regarding our numbers and design. When our wedding day finally arrived, we faced so much uncertainty due to a hurricane but it was calming knowing we were working with a very professional and local vendor! The cake was perfect and we received so many compliments from our guests. Really looking forward to our anniversary for round 2! Would highly recomm

Confections by the Sea, is absolutely fantastic. Thea is wonderful an absolute delight to work with. I live in Indiana and wanted the Snoopy cookies with Christmas decoration, again living in Indiana they would have to be shipped, I was afraid of breakage the cookies not tasting good, etc. But Thea, assured me that it could be done. And, she was 100% correct, I not only received Snoopy Christmas cookies on time, they were in perfect condition and tasted amazing. Thea had individually packaged each cookie in its own little bubble wrap bag, the rest of the packaging was beautifully done, tissue paper bows, etc. I look forward to have Thea and Confections by the Sea take care of more of the Special dates in our family.
