Theo’s Pancake House

Food was delicious! Server was ok, she took our order, it came out promptly but then that was it. No checking in during the meal, and finally asked if everything was ok as she was giving us our check. Other than that, the atmosphere felt very cozy and the alligator outside is pretty cool too!

We got breakfast & we were happy with all of our choices. They have a mimosas & bellinis. We definitely enjoyed it over some other places we've been to for breakfast. The most fun part for us was the alligator we saw right out the window. Being from the NE, we don't see that often while dining...lol.

Fantastic breakfast and value! Some of the BEST Eggs Benedict we have ever had. Ordered the Irish Benedict this go around. Pancakes were just the right sweetness and fluffy. We sat on the covered porch and enjoyed watching the golfers play the course next door. Great and friendly service, we will be back!

Great place to get some breakfast. We got seated right away (party of 3). I had the breakfast special, wife got the banana nut pancakes and daughter got the silver dollar pancakes. It was all really good. The sausage links and the biscuits were probably the highlight for me. Service could’ve been better but it was a packed house so I’ll give them some grace. It is kinda noisy so keep that in mind if that’s an issue (wasn’t really for us).

We eat breakfast here every time we visit myrtle beach. Plenty of parking but fills up quickly. We have dined here with parties of 2 to 10. The breakfast options are many and delicious. I love their pancakes, scrambled eggs, grits, and coffee. Hubby likes the omelets and apple cinnamon waffles. The staff are super friendly. The food is served quickly even when slammed. They do have outdoor seating.
