Gregory has been great to work with. I started my business in 2025, and he has been immensely helpful in helping me learn what I need to know. My taxes were completed thoroughly and promptly as well.

We reached out to Toohey & Diez after a tax issue we had with the state from 2019 when our then accountant didn’t file our taxes correctly ( split year between 2 states). Our new current accountant didn’t file nor do much to rectify our large tax assessment due to penalties and interest, which we were trying to fight. Nick Diez listened to what our issue was, and after several back & forth with the SCDOR representative, we provided them with sufficient evidence thru Toohey & Diez to eliminate the penalties AND INTEREST from 2019, and reduced our tax burden tremendously. They now do our business and personal taxes. You need a new set of accountants, DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL TOOHEY & DIEZ!
