Very disappointing experience overall. Our reservation was somehow lost despite having a text confirmation, which was frustrating—especially since we were there with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday.||Although our server was pleasant, the service was extremely slow. We were rarely checked on and were never asked if we wanted additional drinks or anything else.||Our food arrived over an hour after we were seated, and everything was cold. I ordered the pork belly, which was tough and chewy, almost like leather. My entrée was so overly salty that it was completely inedible. We had the most wonderful experience hosting a bridal shower at The White Inn on Valentine’s Day! From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and welcoming. The restaurant itself was beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up for a special celebration. A huge thank-you to the hostess, Maia, who went above and beyond to make the day unforgettable. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and organized, helping us with seating, timing, and every little detail without us ever having to ask. Her calm, friendly presence made the entire event run smoothly and allowed us to truly enjoy the celebration. I came in for a bite to eat, as I was told that the White Inn was the only place that was serving food on a Sunday in Fredonia, minus the fast food joints in town. I was not exceptionally impressed with the pricing, but after I ordered my chicken + broccoli fettuccine alfredo, I was very pleased. It was definitely well worth the cost. Every bite! And the bartender, as I sat at the bar to eat, was very prompt and cordial with me.. I was concerned that my attire (coming during a work break) may not have been appropriate, but I had nothing to fear, nobody made me feel wrong for being there. I fact, I felt warmly welcomed. This was by far a perfect experience for a romantic getaway. Rooms were outstanding, clean. And comfortable. Dinner was wonderful with outstanding staff. Breakfast the next morning, even the toast was on point, the best I ever had.

We went in on 1/28 for dinner and ultimately had good food and a good experience with our server, but the hostess was the rudest and nastiest person I’ve encountered in customer service in a very long time. No greeting, acted annoyed by our presence, barely said two words to us while being extremely bothered to seat us. Older woman, dark hair with a grey streak. Having spent a lot of time working in restaurants, I’d recommend utilizing someone with a kinder disposition when it comes to welcoming your guests.
