Edwards Waterhouse Inn

My sister and I stayed for one night while on our way to Pittsburgh. We were thrilled at how lovely Fredonia is with all the beautiful Victorian homes, including the Edwards Waterhouse Inn!! The hosts Martin and Phillip were exceptional, making us feel so welcome and relaxed. Our room was perfect which maintained the beautiful victorian charm, was spotless and very roomy with a fireplace. Our breakfast was wonderful with a number of options to choose from, while they accommodated my food allergy! Thank you Martin and Phillip for a wonderful stay and we will definitely return if our travels go your way again.

The Edwards Waterhouse Inn in is a wonderfully cozy place to stay that I would recommend to everyone! We had our wedding at Main Street Studios in Fredonia, and stayed here for the weekend. Both places work together to make your event/weekend perfect. The rooms were clean and updated, but still had that old cozy inn feel. The beds were comfortable, and all of our guests LOVED the food. They accommodated all dietary restrictions in the group: gluten free, dairy free, pescatarian, vegan. And Phillip and Martin are the most WONDERFUL people. The communication leading up to the day was efficient. I couldn't recommend a place to stay in the area more! You'll feel like your right at home on your vacation or cozy stay-cation, and are free to come and go as you please.

Absolutely wonderful bed & breakfast!! One of the nicest places I've stayed at. Martin and Phillip are such lovely hosts and the house is beautiful and homey. The beds are so comfortable and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!!

We rented the entire place for family (10 adults) to gather and celebrate our son's senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. It was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable, the house was a terrific home base, and the meals were spot on. The hosts cooked and served a family dinner after the recital - great food and service, classy and relaxing environment. This was our second stay at EWI and we'd hope to return any time we're in the area.

Such a delight! Breakfast was delicious and the hosts are lovely. Rooms are clean comfy and beautiful. It was like being in your own private victorian home. Such a GEM!! Cant wait to plan a family reunion or girls trip!’
