The Wheat Escape

Absolutely delicious gluten free baked goods! I haven’t had sourdough bread in over a decade due to not being able to have gluten, and theirs absolutely did not disappoint! Crusty outside, chewy, but not dense inside. No crumbling/disintegrating with with pretty much every other gluten free bread. I can’t think of a single criticism about it. The cupcakes are amazing also. My gluten eating husband said there is no way to tell a difference between them and gluten containing ones. The chocolate chip cookie was also so delicious! Even the customer service is top notch! She answered all of our questions and is extremely knowledgeable about allergens and there is no worry of cross contamination of gluten! If you haven’t tried The Wheat Escape yet, you’re missing out!
