Mellow Mushroom Short Pump

First time coming here and will definitely be coming again soon! We ordered the cheese rolls with red sauce & spicy ranch and they were fantastic! Crispy and very cheesy! Spicy ranch was an awesome recommendation! We also ordered the Holy Shiitake Pizza with the classic crust and it was so good! Very flavorful and unique; paired with the spicy ranch and it became incredibly addicting. Will definitely try it again with the thin crust next time. The atmosphere was great and our server, Ann Mason, was very friendly and provided some great recommendations. Overall, highly recommend!

Me and my girlfriend had the BEST meatballs and pizza EVERRR here. Our server was Gabby :), she was so nice and easy to get along with. It was like talking to a bestie. So, we had The magic meatballs and they are so freaking delicious, instant mouth-gasm. We also had the Great White pizza and added grilled chicken and apple-smoked bacon. This was the juiciest pizza i’ve ever had, you don’t need ANY dip at all, it was so saucy and so delicious 😫😫.

If I could put zero stars I would. Terrible experience at the Mellow Mushroom in Short pump today, I am very disappointed. We ordered right away, drinks and 2 large pizzas. After 50 minutes of waiting, we asked our waitress for an update on our order. She came back and said they were just put in the oven. Not even 2 minutes later, she comes out with the pizzas. The one was supposed to be large pepperoni with pineapple on half and it came out wrong. The pizzas were both raw, burnt on the bottom, thin, and didn’t have any sauce underneath the cheese. The waitress stated she would get the manager and the manager never came out and spoke to us, which is completely disrespectful. One of the other employees came over and stated that they are short staffed and had no priority for dine in orders.

This is our favorite pizza place!! Our waitress Alexis was super sweet! She was so friendly and always had a smile on her face! Very helpful! Mellow mushroom in Short Pump always had great service and delicious pizza! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved Sam! Super sweet. I got here before my friend and she was so accommodating. She had the perfect timing with everything and the pizza was great. I’ll for sure be back and hopefully in Sam’s section!
