The Villages - Sumter County Public Safety Center

VA services are very good. The people there are very helpful. No long waits like at the ACTUAL VETERANS BUILDING in the Villages. That place is HORRIBLE. Don't even try calling for help there. You'll get transferred a million times!!! And still end up right where you started.

Actual person taking care of business does well. I have spoken to people there 5 times in past weeks, phone & personally. They still surprised me with extras. They need to be clear with possible fees, etc.

Their drive thru, is a fabulous experience extremely polite and super quick. Always smiling makes you feel that your not just another number. Rev. Dr. Wayne F Swanson

I have been to many DMV locations in many different states in my life and this place is by far the best I have ever had the need to go to. Have been here several times at different times of the day. Always quick, friendly and efficient.

I give then a big thumbs up. I had an issue that I needed to have resolved. They accommodated me and took excellent care of the issue. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
