The Italian Ice is amazing!! 5** I’ve ordered here several times, but tonight’s experience was disappointing. The manager was rude and unhelpful, with no customer service skills. Since they don’t have lids for the ½-gallons, I was forced to buy quarts at a higher price, even though I was purchasing the equivalent of a gallon. He wouldn’t honor the 4-quarts as two half gallons. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience has lost my business. Follow up! The owner reached out and was very responsive to my concerns. I went back in to the store and had a much better interaction with the Manager and they honored the price difference this time! If you get a chance go in to their store, their ice cream and Italian ice are phenomenal! 5***** Very Happy customer!

Really a fun place to have fancy treats. Till visiting family here and it was a request to return based on their last visit. People here were fast and friendly and they were busy. Great to see smiles with good customer service. Bonus, we ran in to William Shatner at the electric bike store a few suites down. Fun times.

I brought my 2 kids here for a day out on the town and this is a nice little ice cream/ Italian ice spot. The atmosphere is super cute with cute little paintings on the walls. They have a nice outdoor seating area when you walk up with cute little colorful chairs. All of the staff were friendly and did not rush us to order. They also allowed me to try some of the flavors before ordering. Also note that they have a sign out front that advertises free samples. We ordered cotton candy with chocolate chips, cotton candy with vanilla ice cream, orange smash, and piña colada. The flavor isn’t too sweet which was the reason I rated it a 4 star. Best -and only Italian Lemon- Ice in the villages. This is the real thing too. There is a small indoor seating area with three small -2 seat- tables also an umbrellaed area outside with four -4 seat- tables. The menu has many different flavors of the Ices. Plus, there is soft serve and combos thereof. Staff quick and polite.
