Was not greeted upon arrival. Had to say my order multiple times because it was not taken correctly. Very long wait time. I ordered 2 drinks and a jumbo pretzel to go. I waited for 30 minutes. After leaving, I realized one of the drinks was not made correctly and was only 3/4 full in my cup. Brenda was not friendly nor welcoming. Was very short with customers. Had Louise prior as waitstsff and was excellent. Friendly, accommodating, made everything perfectly.
Food is excellent. Pastry is delicious. Staff is great! Coffee is good. Hot cider and tea available! Closed Sundays.
