I travel weekly for work throughout North America, I get this 5 star is not a 5 star in Montreal, Queens, Vegas etc. But... this is a great southern get in close, enjoy a good meal with good company type of place. The food is consistent, plentiful and good old comfort food. Drinks stay full and the small but well supplied salad bar was great. Nice bar scene in the back to. The help were spot on. The owners clearly hire from the high school which I love to see. Lets help the next generation be ready to work! This restaurant will be on my every two to three week rotation depending on my travel schedule. Hats off to the owners that created this environment. I live in West Lake, 30 min drive from Columbia county. Highly advise making that drive.

Small local restaurant that was busy and crowded on a Thursday evening. We were greeted and seated promptly by the friendly staff. We had our dog with us and sat at a table on the sidewalk (there’s an enclosed patio on the side, but we chose the sidewalk). Grace took our order and brought a bowl of water for our dog, which we appreciated. We were in a pizza mood, so we each had a small (10”) pizza-they were great!- and the house amber ale that was also very good. If you’re looking for white tablecloth fine dining, this isn’t that…but it has a charm of its own. We’ll be back the next time that we’re in the area!

Fantastic pizza!! I like mine a touch more cooked but I can not complain!! Great food, great service!!

We drove an hour to get here (from Anderson) and it was SO worth it. I love small towns, and there are several along SC 28 that are worth a stop. If in McCormick, do yourself a favor and have lunch or dinner (or both) at Michelle's. Don't expect anything fancy when you walk in because the focus is on the food. We split the app sampler which comes with three choices. Had the fried pickles (so good), garlic braids, and pepperoni roses. We each had an 8-inch pizza. Me the Supreme and him half bacon/half pepperoni. Food was plentiful and the prices were excellent. Great service as well. We will be back!!!

Wait ... what? ... really? Really! Great pizza. Rustic kinda place. Great ingredients. They even serve that new cauliflower based crust if you prefer. We got a white pie with ricotta, broccoli, and sausage. Wonderfur. Friendly lively crowd in a small local favorite. Almost rolled right by. It's on my map now, put Michelle's Pizza in McCormick on your map. Who'd a thunk?!
