Tried buying item posted on facebook marketplace by the owner, ad stated item is in used-fair condition which, as defined by facebook, means it is in usable condition. seller told me he would get a shipping quote and let me know in a day or two when he was "at his warehouse", he never replied until after i had messaged him twice and after waiting until the end of the second day. when he did reply all he said after being asked if he had the quote was "no. busy day." i waited awhile and never received any other messages, i sent him another message stating i wanted to buy the item if he wants to sell it please let me know etc. he replied some time later and said he'd look up a quote at that time if i supplied my address, which i did. after receiving the quote i informed him i wanted to buy it

I spent 2,000 plus dollars for an ice cream dipping cabinet that was shipped to me in Miami. Equipment failed to ever freeze properly and i'm past another $1,000 in troubleshooting and repairs. (Leaks, bad compressor)Despite multiple messages, phone calls etc. I've received ZERO response. Sorry, that's disgraceful. I guess the one star is for actually putting the untested equipment on the truck.
