Renee gave me the best experience possible for my Amazon return. It was a messy return, and she went above and beyond for me throughout the whole process with a smile & positive attitude. She made something which could have been stressful, extremely stress free! She is a wonderful asset to this company! I will be returning here for all my postal needs!

Let me just say that I wish every business had someone as dedicated and knowledgeable as Chad. This unicorn/gem/saint of a human helped me navigate a difficult return and took extra time out of his day to ensure I had a refund from the seller. It’s clear that he loves what he does and truly cares about his store and his customers. I will happily ship with my local UPS from here on out.

This girl Olivia was soooo helpful and solved my problem at at return from Amazon. The guys were all so nice too. I will definitely do much more business at this great store.

I cannot recommend this UPS Store location enough, specifically because of the manager, Chad. I was dealing with a very frustrating and complicated return situation involving items for my upcoming baby, and Chad went above and beyond to help us navigate the process. It is rare to find a manager who is this patient, caring, and genuinely willing to advocate for his customers. He turned a stressful situation into a great experience. We truly appreciated his time and kindness! If you want a store that actually cares about its customers, this is the place to go. Last but not least, a special shout out to Renee who was pleasant, informative and super helpful when we went into the store regarding this entire ordeal, very close to closing time of th store. Awesome local UPS store!! My poor planning combined with their willingness to help me fulfill my obligations, we make a great team! I dropped the ball and waited last minute to drop off a package George and the rest of the staff were/ are amazingly accommodating and extremely friendly and reasonable too I may add. They ensured my package would be were it needed to be on time making the impossible possible again no thanks to me. I honestly can’t say enough about this store in Macedonia!!! Thank again guys!!!
