Spennato's Ristorante & Pizzeria

Excellent pizza. This is the half Siclian with sausage and mushrooms (I wasn't quick enough to snap the picture before my wife grabbed a piece) and a cesar salad ( not worth it for $10). I'll definitely go back for the pizza even though the teenage staff was not very friendly at the cash register.

Greeted w/smiles. Had reservations & sat us upon arrival. Brought bread & oil while waiting for waitress. Manhattan drink scrumptious & served by bartender at table. Food was plentiful & delectable. Worth the price!

This Italian Restaurant is good. The portions are very generous. The dinners include a salad and fresh bread. Service is friendly, polite and prompt. The food tasted good. I enjoyed the eggplant parmesan. He got the sausage and peppers with pasta. He said it tasted good but the sauce was really watery, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Wow! G (the owner) makes a pie (Sicilian style) to die for. A deep dish style pizza even the likes of El Pres would be giving it a high rating. The redone restaurant gives off an excellent atmosphere and a great middle ground between a turn and burn sports bar'n'grill and an expensive night out downtown. The dining menu has a lot of great options, and that extends to the wine/cocktails as well. I highly recommend stopping by and supporting a local, family owned business that's going to put out a great product and take care of you from the moment you walk in.

Came here before a concert at Northfield Park last Friday. Bartender was very friendly although new at bartending, she made great drinks. I had the gin fizz and my sister had the cosmo. For dinner we got chicken parm, fettuccine alfredo w/ penne, chicken picatta, spaghetti with their meat sauce. For dessert we got the tirimisu and a cookie cake. Everything was tasty and we would come back when in the area.
