Went to return an item and I had my QR code ready to scan. The cashier did our complete transaction without talking to me. It was the best interaction I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend!!

UPS!!! You are a giant, respected International company. While I was at this location yesterday I was being helped by a nice young man- and then moments into my visit another employee approached him from the other station and was going ON AND ON about how sick she is?!? "Oh my gosh I'm sooo sick sooo sick, you know when your ears hurt, you're sooo sick?!" And she kept approaching until she was right next to him, face to face with me, spreading her germs EVERYWHERE?!? On customers, other employees, and packages that are going EVERYWHERE?! Wildly unprofessional, awful experience.

Huge line when I walked in. Only one gal at the counter, Alexis. She was fantastic and very quick getting people through the line and told everyone to have a Happy New Year’s. Super friendly and great service!

What a wonderful place! Always so friendly and helpful! I have been going to this store since it opened and have never had a bad experience! A big thank you!!!

EDIT: Changed from 3 to 4 stars. Drastically different customer service today. Extremely pleasant experience. Not leaving 5 stars though because I was informed today that the cost to print one black and white page if it is emailed over us $1.00 a page. These are shockingly high prices and not even close to what we've been paying. Sad to have to find a new local printing solution :( Past Review: Before the change in ownership, I could email documents over the day before and pick them up the next day no problem. I've never had to call ahead as the staff regularly checked the email and if I sent it after hours, it was available the next day and already printed when I arrived. I always include detailed instructions for printing. The last several times doing this I have to ask them to check t
