Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

So I don’t usually do this I am not the kind of person that writes reviews I always look at it like OK I’m a mistake happen somebody wasn’t happy. They both you know. Wake up tomorrow and start over but tonight it is just no way around it. I have never been as disappointed with an ice cream or with Dairy Queen as I am right now. So I’m on my way home. I decided I want a chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard add Oreo (I get one or two a week either from the Holly or the Weidman DQ’s, both of of those locations are amazing. Never had one issue with either of them.) I go through the drive-through pay for it and hand it to me. I pull off. Pulled into this location on Saturday and was told someone would be right with me. That turned into over five minutes of silence in the drive-thru with zero acknowledgment. No cars ahead of me, no visible rush—just employees apparently ignoring customers. If you’re open, do your job. If you’re not, close the drive-thru instead of wasting people’s time. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. First visit, last visit.

Asked and charged for a 6 piece only gave 4, and both my sauces were almost empty when I opened them. On another occasion they served my dad (who isn’t a complainer) “the worst burger I’ve ever had from anywhere” and threw it out after the first bite.

I went there yesterday and ordered a choco dipped strawberry cheesecake blizzard. I told them I didn't want the chocolate pieces in it and I wanted cold fudge instead. They gave me chocolate syrup instead of cold fudge and literally put ZERO pieces of cheesecake in the blizzard. Something like this happens every single time I go to this dairy queen. It is all kids 15-18 yrs old working with no adult management ever present..... .............. After leaving a review they reply with a link that doesn't work, like they are trying to fix the situation. AMAZING

I ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders box, and wasn't disappointed. The tenders were fresh, and a decent size. The fries were good too, but I don't usually eat the toast. Lol.
