Arby's

I ordered the smokehouse brisket, the meat was dry and old, there weren't any onion rings on it and the burger was a mess. They filled up my expensive lemonade with so much ice, I only had 3 gulps and it was gone, on a large lemonade too. Was never even given a total for my order at the screen or at the window. This place is complete trash, no wonder it never has a long line.

Extremely disgusted with their food today I ordered a burger and it was raw inside pretty much.

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap that came completely saturated in buffalo sauce. I am having a really hard time understanding why an arbys associate would put this much sauce on anything? Complete waste all around.

The fried turkey sandwiches made my wife and I both sick. Then they reply to my review with a link that doesn't work. This is the worst fast food restaurant in clio.

The absolute worst Arby’s in Genesee county! And trust me I’m not the complainant type. I gave it chance after chance I’m a Arby’s fan ! Without fail, the service is terrible/ slow and the food is never fresh . The meat is cut to thick and nasty / dry ! The pop is flat ! The orders are wrong ! Etc etc ! Actually might be the worse fast food place I’ve ever experienced! No thanks !
