The UPS Store

I used this location many times. Probably once a week. Always friendly. Quick? That depends. Time and day. But once its your turn, it happens fast. Just got to know how to ship and Amazon returns are smooth. Last time I walked in, nobody in line. I told them JINKS. And yep 4 customers came in after me. Karma. Works well at this location.

Definitely not people friendly. Dont get the UPS store confused with the real UPS. This third party company is just a subcontractor with no real logistic training and there attitude reflects that. Starting to make sense to me why this store is always getting vandalized in such a nice city like Brownstown.

The team members are all great there on (west rd) in brownstown. Always polite and very respectful. I can’t single out one member because that would be unfair I will say great job you guys and happy holidays to you all and you guyses family!! I’ll for sure be seeing you all soon. Thank you!

Brownstown, Taylor and Romulus UPS are just not delivering packages. They don't knock or call or attempt delivery. They just drop it off at their UPS storefront and are destroying the whole purpose of delivered goods. I don't know if this is some problem they have with Amazon. At this point I'm very careful to avoid their service at all costs.

Danielle was absolutely wonderful and informative over the phone and praised her for taking her time to help me with a package sent out the day prior. She didn't give up until she was able to answer my question and help me out. Thank you so much!
