Been a subcription customer for over 20 years. They double charged my American Express twice for my monthly subscription on September 19, 2025 and luckily I caught it since I am always on top of things. I have called them and was told that it was a billing error on their end and that they would fix it and refund my account back after a week or two weeks max from what I was told by their inept representative over the phone. It is now November 13, 2025 as we are at almost two months later and they still have not fix this billing issue how terrible. Their customer service is just horrible to say the least as it is always hard to understand their so called representatives due to their heavy accents. You ask for a Supervisor and they never call back as they supposedly have to put in a request w

Terrible customer service. I subscribed online and found I dot not use it. I tried to cancel online and could not find an option to do that, so after reading their terms of service, I tried to unsubscribe via email and was unsuccessful. I had to call it took over 15 minutes to get them to cancel.

Worst newspaper ever. Delivery is unreliable. DIGITAL VERSION NEVER WORKS PROPERLY… MAKES YOU SIGN IN FOR EVERY PAGE. NO ONE ANSWERS PHONES OR ASSISTS WITH BUGS IN THEIR PROGRAMMING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You can’t contact circulation department for it is in Arizona. Pretty poor business plan. Waste of time on this POS newspaper.

They never pick up the phone and are totally unhelpful by email.

I Started a new subscription for 25.00 a month. Waited about 3 weeks, it never came. I tried calling and kept getting hung up on....Including today when I wanted an explanation of why they did not refund all my money. Well the reason is that I never reported a non-delivery. I didn't know when it was going to start since it was a new subscription. Their delivery service & customer service stinks! They owe me over 12.57 and it is worth it to me to never deal with this unprofessional business again.
