Our town is so fortunate to enjoy the treats, talents, and service of those who own and run this family bakery. Not only is absolutely everything we have ever had from OMG true to its namesake, (OMG, SO yummy), the family working in the bakery could not be more accommodating, and service oriented. A few days ago, I placed a special order of just a few each of several different yummy items. They did not ask for a minimum number of any one item and happily accommodated absolutely every one of them. Also! They have an impressive variety of gluten free items as well. Our GF daughter has loved every one that she has tried! Highly recommend!

I was next store picking up lunch at the pizza place and my food wasn’t ready so I stopped here! And OMG pastries is the perfect name for this place! I was looking around and I saw nut cups and that was it for me my new go to pastry bakery! The ladies behind the counter are awsome and so helpful!

So happy that I discovered this shop! I was trying to find somewhere I could buy sourdough loaves regularly and this place has exceeded my expectations! The varieties are so great and the flavor is amazing. I have yet to try anything else, but this alone has won me over. So I definitely will buy more from the menu.

I’ve been searching for a bakery that makes things with clean ingredients, not a litany of 25 ingredients or more for a loaf of bread. I was thrilled to find out that her garlic sourdough bread contained only four ingredients: Flour, salt, water, garlic. It’s delicious and chewy and better than any thing else you can find in Northwest Indiana. I’ve also enjoyed her croissants, brownies, and her gingerbread house kit that I made with my granddaughter. Love supporting this amazing female owned business

Stopped by today to pick up dessert for a friend’s birthday. The fruit tarts and lemon tarts were delicious. I also bought the curried beef hand pie which was aaamazing. A wonderful little bakery. Thank you!!
