I am not a fan of how expensive tax returns have become. Let alone the confusion made out of our tax system. At least when I come here I feel protected and informed with the best plan and advice I can receive for taxes. Thank you for your expertise and professional help. I will trust you even when I'm retired abroad. This team keeps me ahead of the game each year.

My appointment was rescheduled by four hours without the basic professional courtesy of a direct email or phone call to confirm my availability or discuss an alternative time. Unfortunately, I arrived at the office expecting the original appointment time to be honored. To make matters worse, the rescheduled appointment—set at the advisor’s convenience—was further delayed throughout the day, demonstrating a continued lack of respect for my time. Very disappointed.

I liked Clara. She was really welcoming and calming despite the crazy times we’re in. I’ve been with H&R Block for over a decade and I regret not finding someone like her sooner. I feel like we’ve missed out on some good advice with less qualified people at regular locations. The price difference wasn’t that much, but definitely worth it.

They’re very disorganized. My appointment was changed twice without my knowledge until I walked into the building at my original appointment. I was told someone would reach out to me later that day to straighten things out and I never received a call. I had to reach out the next day and the receptionist was very rude and told me my date to speak with someone was changed again. When I explained this has already happened twice she didn’t voice any concern or offer a solution.

John Conkey has been my tax professional for many years and has been very helpful to me in understanding the current tax codes. He keeps me updated me on what I need to do with my withholding for the following year. I will come back to him year after year he is a real asset to H.R. Block.
