Went in today and the staff was so helpful and just awesome...amazing customer service and just a great place..we will be back thank u!!!!

I don't like to do bad reviews but I got there and one more person just entered before me. The lady didn't even acknowledge I was there. But I'm pretty sure she looked at me and decided just to talk to the other customer and this was for several minutes. She even went to the back and came back and nothing. I was about to leave and she finally asked me what I was going to order without offering a menu as she did with the other customer (mind you I'm Latina and the other person was not) but I did not want to think it was bcs of this but this was my first visit and this never happens to me in RI. I asked her because I could see just Herbalife products is that all the products that she used for the shakes... (remember is my first time and I do not have a menu still at this point) She said yes

Sadly disappointed, the last three times I’ve come they have been closed despite business hours listed on line as open….no sign on the door indicating changed hours etc. Hoping all is well with staff and owners? Has the business closed and I’ve just missed the announcement of closing? Kind of sad, the one time I was able to come in I was happy with the service and products. 🥺

Cutest new addition to Coventry! Johna and her staff are super friendly, and the shakes are delightful! The mega teas are also amazing.. i highly recommend the mermaid water.
