As a Google Master Reviewer and a Level 7 Local Guide, I have rarely ever seen a business consistently receive 5-stars reviews. Mad Cats is such a place. If you love felines, you'll love Mad Cats Lounge: they are a sanctuary for Cats, an adoption portal for cat lovers, and just an amazing place to hang out with Cats. They offer a litany of feline products, including: catnip, collars, food, toys, etc. More than that, it is a great place for advice and to mingle with other cat lovers. The owners and staff are genuinely committed to ensuring the best wellbeing of each cat in their care. The lounge is nearly clean enough to perform surgery. The staff is pleasant...like friends you just haven't met yet.

The cat lounge area was so clean and built so thoughtfully. I love that the cats have a space to go when they don't want to be near people. It was a great time.

Stopped in today after seeing multiple posts on Facebook promoting that they have adoptable cats. I visited the website and tried to see if I’d need to pay to be and there and saw nothing about the $10 per person to meet the cats. The woman with the cane was just downright rude and unwelcoming. Three women and their babies were in the cat room with diapers all over the floor who seemed to be friends of hers, not paying to be there like we were. That’s fine but when I inquired about the adoptable cats she told me none of the cats in that room were adoptable and carried on her conversation with her friends. I knew the Maine coons wouldn’t be but all of the cats we paid to meet were not adoptable? I felt like I was in someone’s living room where I wasn’t supposed to be. I asked about the cats

This place is so amazing and perfect. I've been here over 10 times since they've opened last year and have had nothing but good experiences and interactions with the cats and the owners. You can tell just from spending a short time there how passionate they are about having a safe and comfortable place for these kitties 🫶🏻🫶🏻 The pricing is absolutely reasonable for the joy you get from seeing the babies. I wish I could spend the whole day there. We need more people and places like this!!

This place is amazing and I’m surprised there is not a line out the door All the cats are well socialized and so sweet It’s so cheap to enter Recommend 10000% Please adopt one for me I’m allergic and I’m there to say hi since I can’t have one ♥️
