The Station on Kings

My wife and I were driving through Lewes today when we decided it was snack time. I had never been to The Station on Kings so she suggested we stop there. I was amazed from the moment we arrived. There was plenty of parking although I have heard others complain that parking in the summer is different from parking in the winter. Nonetheless we had no problem today. The gift shop was packed with all sorts of delicious pastries and treats, along with a coffee shop, and other food and Knick knack items. It was too cold to sit out in the garden today but had we eaten in we would definitely have tried the atrium. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had the carrot cake, it was so good! My wife had the ham and cheese croissant which looked equally delicious. I will definitely be back.

I have loved every food item and drink I’ve ever ordered from this hotspot. Whether it’s a sweet treat I’m craving, or my go to beef & vegetable soup.. the flavor profile is multilayered and cohesive. Thank you for great food, a creative environment, and swift service. 🤍

Great place to stop for a meal or a coffee and pastry. The beet salad was great, and the lemon tarragon dressing was perfect, not too strong. The pastry’s are a bit on the pricy side but I brought a box home for my family to share. The carrot cake and s’mores tart were the overall favorites.

Wow. Swore off giving Google any more free labor but this café absolutely deserves every accolade. An insanely charming spot, complete with a foodie's gift shop, farmer's market, coffee bar, kitchen, and patisserie. The staff was absolutely inviting and professional. The food was out of this world. It is 100% your loss if you don't put this café on your dining itinerary when in coastal Delaware, even if you're staying in Rehoboth, Bethany, Milton, or elsewhere.

Here on vacation and it didn't take long to find the absolute best breakfast you'll ever have! Run don't walk to this gem. Atmosphere, pastries, sandwiches, coffee and service all the absolute best! Highly recommend and we will be back ☺️
