The Stacy Mansion

There are so many wonderful things to say about this place...the rooms, the food, the historical significance of the building itself...but there is one thing that stood out more than anything else when my girlfriend and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary there this weekend. The owners are absolutely amazing and the level of service was nothing like I habe ever experienced. Danielle welcomed us and gave us a tour of the house, and have all sorts of interesting history, and Kim and Serena were just a text away if we needed absolutely anything. Breakfast was brought right to our door (an upcharge for our stay but as someone who sleeps in, totally worth it). I think I speak for my partner and I both when I say we will definitely be back! Thank you for everything Stacey Sisters!

A gorgeous home, incredible service, delicious food; every detail was thought of. The Stacy Sisters are wonderful hosts. They clearly put their hearts and souls into making this Bed and Breakfast the best that it can be. Highly recommend. I can’t wait to go back!

Delightful from start to finish! I’m generally not a fan of the B&B accommodation when traveling. So when my wife mentioned that was the plan for Valentine’s weekend, I was skeptical. But the owners of The Stacy Mansion have created an extraordinary experience with a mansion built in 1848 and wonderfully renovated in 2024 - 2025. Serena and Kim (two of the three owners) were warm, friendly, and accommodating of requests. Their gracious hospitality was surpassed only by the array of fresh, delectable food and snacks provided. Our room, “The Merlot Room”, was lovely, beautifully appointed, and located on the main floor (convenient for folks challenged by stairs). I cannot recommend the Stacy Mansion enough. Out of all of my friends I tend to be the most critical -- even when I'm happy with an experience I can find something that could have been better. I'm thrilled to say that did not happen with The Stacy Mansion. My friend and I regularly travel to Tecumseh to visit mutual friends, but this was our first time staying here. We were really just looking for somewhere comfortable to sleep between spending time with our friends, but this was SO much more. The Stacy Sisters (Danielle, Kim, and Serena) were so unbelievably warm, gracious, and approachable during our stay. My daughter and I enjoyed the entire Ladies Winter Weekend Getaway, starting with the friendliest welcome from Danielle and Serena, the genuine laughter among our new found friends, the fabulous, fresh and never ending deliciousness served on ever changing and beautiful china. The decor was spectacular, the stories told by our hosts were enchanting, the atmosphere was like stepping into a bygone era.. The gorgeous chandelier in our Merlot Room had us feeling a bit fancy, the candles glowing, the signature scented candle, the king size bed that felt as though we were sleeping on a cloud and our nightly delivery of warm cookies was a yummy ending to a perfect day! There is so very much more to share, but I promise experiencing this awesome place yourself is far better than my simple words
