The Dog House Restaurant

Excellent place with Excellent staff! We just looked up restaurants in the area as we are hardly ever in Tecumseh and came across this gem of a restaurant. The staff is nice, welcoming and accommodating and the food is spectacular. We happened to have stumbled here upon a Wednesday where they have 99 cent conies. Macaroni is amazing, the German dog is amazing and so are the conies. Highly recommend!

Great little hole in the wall serving specialty hotdogs at affordable prices! I always get the lazy potatoe dog and the southern Belle! Definitely give it a try!

I will always eat hotdogs, especially when they're souped up!!! You'll have to give this place a try, right off the main strip in Tecumseh. Below is my review, enjoy fellow foodies! Wife: 2 - Bruats with sautéed peppers & onions Me: 1 - Saucy Dog 1 - Big Daddy Dog 1 - Coney *add shred pickles, I'm not sure if they are actually shredded, but they are fantastic on the dogs!* My Rating: A Worth every bite, every time! This place is a good reason, I believe you don't HAVE to spend a lot of money to experience good food if you dont want to. I also never have a problem with consistently whenever I visit. My wife custom orders the same 2 Brauts anytime we visit lol, sooo I'd say they pass! #JordTheHighestReviewer #restaurant

I call this the Midwestern Special, and my goodness was it special. This was my first visit, and I'll definitely be back next time I am in Tecumseh. The server was super helpful going over their different options for what different hotdogs ("3-meat" chicken, pork, and beef. Jumbo Dod, 1/4lb, and their foot long) and the 15+ different hotdogs. I figured my first visit was to stick to what I know (Detroit and Chicago style) and see how they were. Next time I visit, I am definitely going to try a few of their crazy styles. Downtown is a quaint city and kinda a cool road trip destination place to visit.

Always see the billboard on M50 & pass by the restaurant on my way to Manchester decided to give it a try for lunch. The staff was friendly & gave me a menu to take home 😃 Lots of unique delicious dogs to choose from! The inside decor stand's out especially if you're a sports fan 🏁 Give this place a try
