Sal's Italian Restaurant

I love their fried bread sticks. Truly the best bread sticks I've ever had. But the rest of their food is just subpar and/or not even correct; I included a picture of what's supposed to be Chicken Marsala, and it definitely isn't. It's Alfredo. And their Carbonara is also basically Alfredo too. Was it good for Alfredo? It was alright, it wasn't terrible, but their recipes are nothing like normal Italian food. From now on we'll just get some bread sticks to go and cook the rest at home.

Great and reasonably priced soup/salad/pizza lunch buffet! Awesome pizza, fresh salad, yummy soups. Loved the over-loaded pizza... it take a fork & a knife to consume, to avoid toppings running out; perfecto👌!: ) (Somewhat larger soup bowls would be helpful.)

Terrific service and delicious food. This was my first visit but it was definitely worth the drive and I will come back.

Had lunch. Nice, quaint restaurant in Tecumseh, MI. The bread sticks were outstanding. Great taste. Had the calzobe and a pizza. The calzone was tasty although the pizza crust was a tad limp and not crispy enough. All in all a good Italian restaurant.

We decided to try the thin crust pizza. It was very disappointing. The crust looked like traditional style around the edges, The whole middle of the pizza was just mush! The cheese and toppings were sliding off the the noodle like crust making it impossible to get it off the pan. The sauce was very good along with the toppings.
