The Spot

I stopped by here when I was on a camping trip at the state park nearby. It was dumping down several inches of rain so rather than just hang out under the tarp I escaped mother nature for a bite to eat. I got a cheeseburger with tots and it was good. The service was good as well, a very welcoming and homey feel to the place.

I give this spot a 5.8/6! Food 6/6 Service 5.8/6 Atmosphere 6/6 This is the highest review I've ever given. Catfish sandwich was amazing, my brother devoured the Philly on Texas toast, and his friend has the chicken fried steak or something lol we all agreed this was the best especially after a hike (which may have created a biased opinion). The waitress with the piercings is awesome and had that southern soul hospitality. 😍

Wow! The best find ever! If you are looking for a local favorite, perfect dive bar with the best food and friendly locals, then you have found your place! We had the bacon cheeseburger and patty melt, and they were both top-notch! We loved it so much that after our errands today, we're going back for more of the vibe and great service!!

Everything was great. The lady was so nice, and our food was so good. The fried pickles are amazing. And the sunset from sitting outside is pretty.

When you open the door, clouds of smoke come out. You feel like you walked into a 1989 bar. The fried pickles were great and the people were super kind. Too much smoke.
