The Simple Greek

Sooo.. this is how it arrived. Not ideal. BUT! Once I was able to get a grip on my gyro (it was a falafel gyro if you’d believe it) it was quite tasty. When I finished I put the rest of my gyro soup onto my fries, which were also quite tasty. I would suggest though, that they figure out an alternative to packaging them. I did not order any extra sauces or dressings, so I was surprised at the shockingly liquid state of it upon opening. Their baklava was great. Good gluten free options too. Maybe sauces on the side next time.

I visited looking for something quick, feeling and better than fast food and I got exactly that. Customer service was great! Everyone was friendly and informative. The food was tasty and flavorful. It gives Cava vibes but slightly different. I was full and the pita was good even tho it wasn’t warm lol also the dragon fruit juice and lemonade was good as well. A nice meal before work! I’m from philly and we don’t have these so great job ! I got half spicy chicken and half lemon then added what toppings i wanted and sauce.

METAL CHARM found in my food and the customer service is terrible. I've ordered from this location a few times. The food is okay, but they always forget parts of my order. No big deal- I've continued to place an order. Last week, December 9th to be exact, I placed an order, and when I bit into my food, I felt something hard and tasted something slightly metallic. Before I bit down hard on my bite of food, I pulled a metal butterfly charm out of my mouth. Obviously, I was shocked and disturbed that my food was ruined. I called the restaurant to let them know, so they could hopefully avoid this for the next customer. The first person that answered the phone was pleasant and transferred me to the manager on duty. Ordered a Greek Salad was utterly disgusted with the amount of liquid and wet wilted lettuce. Cucumber & tomatoes mushy.

I love simple Greek! Service was fast and efficient Did not wait and employees were attentive. Over all good experience
