Arctic Delights

Arctic Delights indeed! Sammy, one of the owners, is delightful. I got the Dubai Strawberry Cup and tried the Biscoff one as well. The photo speaks for itself. It's worth coming in the cold too. Bring a date to the mall, or come with friends, and get some of the waffles and ice cream -- yum!

The strawberry cups are the best i’ve ever had. The younger worker is really nice, me and my boyfriend drove 30 minutes to get the strawberry cups like we always do, and we saw these cakes and wanted to get it. He told us all about its origin and gave it to us for free. Such a great place.

Very nice new place in the Concord Mall! The owners/employees were very pleasant, friendly and enthusiastic (though we went close to their closing time). They explained several popular items available and explained that everything is customizable. They have a lot to offer and it was hard to choose what to get, and they have more "coming soon". We got a milkshake, Reese’s waffle, and some small strawberry cups. Everything was delicious! The milkshake was thick and flavorful, and I appreciated that the cup was wiped clean before being given to me. The waffle was generously loaded. And the Dubai and Biscoff strawberry cups were amazing! It was the first time we had tried these and we thoroughly enjoyed both. This dessert spot is amazing! The mini pancakes with strawberries and chocolate were super tasty, and the waffle with cookie butter and ice cream was delicious Everything looked great and tasted even better. Plus, the staff was so nice and friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

When I say this place literally is the best everything thing they have bussing customer service is impeccable the owner is great. Everything in the store is wonderful. Everything you taste is like having in your mouth come come come to Arctic delight. You will not be disappointed.
