The Shed Restaurant - West Sayville NY

Had a great breakfast! We started with the biscuits with jam, they were absolutely perfect, soft, warm and crisp on the outside. I also ordered the breakfast bowl and it did not disappoint. Everything we tried was delicious. Highly recommend and definitely will come back!

We love the Shed. Ride our bikes here in warmer weather. Nice atmosphere, very nice wait staff, great food/drink(a lot of food to take home!). The special holiday drinks make it festive. We miss the Short-rib melt sandwich and the gouda cheese for the fries(Shed sauce is yummy, but the Gouda is the bomb! Also, the banana bread pudding was ridiculously good. Please put these back on the menu - we're not alone in this request.

No need to "Shed any tears" at The Shed! As we baby boomers used to say, The Shed is The Bomb. Not expecting this kind of meal, or menu selection AT ALL!! Slammin' idea -- being able to get omletts, (choices galore, or make your own) salmon, burgers, salads, wraps all day? Good stuff! Their Mac n' Cheese has corn and bacon and (shallots, maybe) in it and that was my favorite of the dishes we had. We found the gin/watermelon/basil drink to be outstanding. Refreshing, actually. My first experience at The Shed was with a friend on Monday October 6th, 2025. Since it was a Monday, it was quiet which was ideal! The space itself is very roomy and accommodating. We decided to share appetizers and try their mixed drinks! The food was delicious! So tasty and filling, our waitress was attentive and very friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a chill vibe in an upscale space that is elegant yet down to earth. 😋
