Gringos South Shore Cantina

Food was pretty good, I enjoy my apple cider margarita and my husband the coco loco. My favorite was the street corn dip yum... and the churros were delish 😋

We had a great time trying Gringos for the first time. Natalie our waitress was really nice and helpful. Food was tasty. Queso and Qucamole was fresh and very tasty. Tacos were great. Steak tacos for the win. Menu is large and drinks are great too. We will definitely be back.

Maybe 2.5 stars overall but definitely was hoping for more on our first visit here. The waitress was very nice but the food took a very long time which was weird because there weren't a lot of people eating at the time. Drinks (I had the Gringo Fashioned and my wife had a margarita) were mediocre at best. The food (carnitas tacos and a roja chicken enchialada) when it finally arrived was very bland. The atmosphere was extremely loud with music that could be barely heard and only one of the two TV's on. Maybe just bad acoustics in the place but I had to practically scream to communicate with my wife who was sitting right next to me. Honestly, I was just hoping for a good food/taco place and could have put up with the loud atmosphere.

Nice place for drinks and mexican food. The service was friendly and quick, just an all around nice atmosphere.
