Be careful with the employees and people who work for the parks! Make sure you take down names and are very clear in the purchases and exchanges you are making. Approximately a month ago, I went to Smiths Point to get an active military day pass and drive onto the outer beach. Typically, these day passes are free for active military. There was someone young and new working and he was having issues with the exchange and called someone over for help. I instructed them that if it was no longer free I didn't need or want to drive on as I live extremely close and only planned to go for about an hour so it wouldn't have been worth it. They worked on the computer and then told me I was all set and gave me my "free" day pass. I followed up just to make sure there were no errors or anything that w

Love to close the register out 10-20 min before closing and tell you the system is down.
