⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My New Obsession! I am officially a loyal regular because this café has me in a chokehold. I’ve gone four times in a row — FOUR — and honestly? No regrets at all. The star of my heart? The Strawberry Matcha Latte. That creamy cold foam on top? Uggghhhh, SO GOOD. It gives real NYC café energy — the kind of drink you hold and suddenly feel like you’re back in the city, doing your cute morning routine. And the Florida Burrito? Whew. It’s a little spicy, super wholesome, and somehow even BETTER when paired with the strawberry matcha latte. It’s that spicy-and-sweet combo I didn’t know I needed. Plus, the two together kept me full for half the day. That’s a winner to me! The staff was super chill and really nice, too. They noticed I’m Deaf and ordering was smooth — no awkwardness

I am absolutely OBSESSED with this place. I am here on vacation and my first day I went to another highly rated shop and it was garbaaaaage. The next day I went to the seed and have been going every day since! First off, the staff is sooooo sweet. The same girl has been taking my order every morning and she remembers not only me but my order! Haven’t caught her name yet but she’s the best. They have a rewards system which I have already received benefits from (that’s how much I’ve gone lol). Their matcha is sooooo good. I get it with almond milk and an extra scoop of matcha and have been changing the cold foams. Strawberry is incredible and also tried the cinnabee and cookie butter which were also soooo good. Maddie was so sweet and helpful. i came in with a lot of people and she took time to help us all decide what we wanted. the food was incredible and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. i will absolutely be coming back and will be introducing more people here. Matcha here looked great but tasted nothing like matcha🥲 (you might like it if you’re not super into matcha).Can visit for the aesthetic drinks and ambiance. Staff is super friendly and sweet, they put a little note on our drinks to make our day. Would love to try their espresso based or coffee drinks! The pastries are good here.

I was torn on writing this review because I actually at one point in time loved this place but with today’s service I was highly disappointed yet again with the quality of food and drinks. I ordered a lucky charms latte on ice and a croissant egg sandwich and not only was the egg dry on the outside; the inside was both cold and soggy. Now I get it, it isn’t freshly made food, it’s previously made frozen sandwiches but at least warm it up enough to present it as such. I watched someone reach in the bottom refrigerator in a cardboard box with some tongs ( no gloves) and shove it in the warmer and it still was semi frozen on the inside when they handed it to me. I think the battle I’m having in my mind is that the price point of $12.95 for a croissant made with what looks like boxed eggs most
