The Sandwich Shop

Good quick place to grab a sandwich. They have great seating for small groups.

Everything about this little shop is fabulous. The secret is out though. Was going to stop and grab a sandwich yesterday, couldn't get in the parking lot. Everybody was there to enjoy their delicious sandwiches and specials.

Decent quick and good value. Nice little shop, first time eating there. Received prompt service and prices were reasonable for this day and age. Food came out quick and tasted pretty good. I wouldn't call it gormet, but some solid sandwiches. Biggest complaint would be that the bread is just the cheap grocery store bread. There are much better breads available that would make a big different in sandwich quality. Other than that, a fine place for a quick lunch.

My Italian sub was a little confusing....the bread is kinda sweet and doesn't hold together very well. Just kinda crumbles in my hand while eating it. I'm not sure what kind of dressing went on it..... seems like it might be plain Italian salad dressing, which is not what goes on an Italian hoagie. I'll come back and try a blt or chili dog and update my review accordingly.

Quick, easy and friendly sandwich shop. Simple menu. I got a turkey sandwich on white bread. I’m a simple sandwich person. Prices were very reasonable. Staff were very nice and friendly. Food came out quick. You can tell they’ve put a lot of work into this shop. I hope they continue to grow and develop as a business. That being said, it would be nice to have a signature sandwich menu, more complex sandwich options. Something more than just deli meat, veggies, mayo, and bread. But I do understand their business model, sandwich shop. It’s hard to start a local business and it thrive in Harrodsburg. Anything to set it apart will help it succeed. Only really disappointing thing, my sandwich wasn’t cut. But for it to have opened just this week, overall great lunch spot.
